Ajax Junior Camp

For ages 5 and 6, Ajax Jr Camp has all the perks of Ajax Adventure Camp, but younger kids friendly. At Ajax Jr Camp your child has the chance to be a star athlete, a world-renowned artist, a mad scientist, a paleontologist or anything else they can dream up!

Sign-up via the normal registration process - we will automatically place your 5 & 6 yr old in Jr Camp.

Ajax Junior camp has been designed specifically for 5 to 6 year olds. There is a little more structure to the day, but the activities offered have more options within them. This ensures that the fun never ends. 100's of different activities are offered throughout the summer (every day will have new and different choices). An illustration of the morning and afternoon activities are shown below:

A Typical Week

Monday – Friday:

Morning (9:00 AM Dropoff) : A choice of several activities – mostly adventurous outdoor activities away from basecamp (see “Morning Activities” list –>)

Lunch Time : Lunch provided and offered at same time as Adventure camp so siblings can eat together if they so choose.

Break : Rest, stories, art

Afternoon : A choice between 5-10 smaller activities to maintain engagement and fun throughout the afternoon.

Pickup (5:00 PM) : Go home and share the day’s adventures. (note: if you need to pick up your camper early, please speak to the Jr. Camp Director in the morning).

Saturday – Sunday

No Jr. Camp on the weekends.

Rest up and prepare for another exciting week of camp.
